If they receive an error message that is not listed above you can go to www.modemhelp.net for the fix. When you get to this site click on:
Normally on the next page you will choose DUN/RAS errors with a number. Scroll to the appropriate number and click on fix next to it and it will give you a variety of fixes.
When all else fails escalate to Tier 2.
